Campaigns & segments

Connect Customer.io and your assistant sees the campaigns and segments you allow. It tells you how a send did and who's ready for the next message.

For example: it drafts a message, sums up results or suggests a segment. Nothing goes out without your "Yes".

How to connect

  1. Create a Fedra account.
  2. When it opens, you'll find it in Connections.
  3. You approve what the assistant does.

The assistant only sees what you allow and asks before it sends or changes anything. Privacy
